Contest Rules

1. HOW TO ENTER

• The contest will begin on May 3rd, 2019 and end on May 31st, 2019.
• To enter online, follow the competition link and enter your name and email address beginning on May 3rd, 2019 at 12:00 pm AEST and ending on May 31st, 2019 at 12:00 pm AEST.
• Limit one (1) entry per eligible person during the contest period.
• There will be a total of one (1) winner selected in the contest. One (1) gift voucher that can be redeemed by two (2) people, will be awarded to the winner.

2. PRIZES

• Up to one (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is a gift voucher for a dinner cruise for two (2) (winner and one guest) on the Sydney Showboats and includes: Dinner cruise with drinks.
• The approximate retail value of the prize is $320 ($160 per person value).
• To redeem voucher, contact the reservations team at (612)-82967352.
• Enter your Agent Reference: BLC, then enter your Voucher Code: eg. G101010
• Gift Vouchers are 100% non - refundable.
• The gift voucher is only valid for the cruise specified and are not valid on special event cruises or public holidays.
• Cruise date may be transferable at the sole discretion of the company. Requests must be made 72 hours prior to the cruise date and are subject to availability in the class and any promotional price of your booking. If the company, in its sole discretion, allows any transfers to a different class or promotional price, you must pay the difference between the original booked price and the price of any transferred booking.
• Australian Cruise Group and third party suppliers reserve the right to substitute vessel/vehicle without notice.
• We support the Responsible Service of Alcohol. In line with these regulations, if the winner is below the age of 18, they cannot avail the Showboat Dinner Cruise with Drinks. However, Dinner Cruise Sydney may be availed in its place.

3. SELECTION OF WINNERS

• Up to one (1) winner will be selected on June 1st, 2019 at approximately 12.00 pm AEST in a random drawing of all eligible online entries received during the Online Entry period.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible online entries received during the Online Entry period.
• Entrants need not have cruised with Australian Cruise Group in the past to win.
• Winner will be notified via e-mail promptly following the prize drawing. If the winner cannot be contacted within two (2) business days after the prize is awarded, an alternate winner may be picked in another random drawing from the remaining entries received.
• Decisions of Australian Cruise Group management with respect to the contest are final.

4. CONDITIONS

• Australian Cruise Group reserves the right to end any contest or amend these rules upon announcement via their social media channels.
• By entering this contest, entrants agree to Australian Cruise Group’s Terms of Service Agreement and to the use of Personal Information as stated in the Privacy Policy on their website.
