(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).
The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.

Can we customise our Christmas party package?

We offer a selection of optional upgrades for your Christmas Party dinner cruise at the time of booking. The most popular upgrades are VIP seating and the Cheese Platter.

Are photography & filming permitted during the cruise & cabaret show?

We encourage guests to take photos & videos throughout their Christmas cruise experience, including the cabaret show on the dinner cruise! Don’t forget to share on social media and tag us at @sydneyshowboats / Sydney Showboats on Instagram & Facebook.

Is there a dress code?

We recommend smart & stylish attire for our cruises, and encourage guests to dress up on their night out on the Showboat! No thongs, singlets or beachwear please.

Can we bring our own decorations or party favours?

All Showboat Christmas party packages include Christmas bonbons, which will be placed on your table. Guests are welcome to bring small table decorations or party favours to set up once you are seated. We are unable to offer a bump in time to set up decorations on cruises. Please avoid items that might cause a mess or disturb other guests on board. If you are planning to bring decorations, please advise our reservations team & let the cruise director know on board prior to setting up.

Are beverages included in the Christmas party packages?

All Showboat Christmas party packages include house beers, wines, soft drinks. Once guests are on board, they are also welcome to purchase additional beverages from our full wine list.

Our family christmas dinner was made extra special by the Amazing food, staff & experience. From linen napkins to impressive service to the entertainment that made us feel like we were in the Moulin Rouge again. What an extraordinary evening. I had special diet requirements that were met perfectly Thank you again. We loved that the music were songs we were familiar with and able to sing along - making it extra special. Loved that the staff interacted with us , even assist with photos Awesome!
