(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).
The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.

FAQs

How can we redeem the free ticket for the birthday person?

If you book for a group of six or more guests, the birthday person cruises for free. This discount is automatically applied when you book online, or over the phone with our reservations team.

What time is the on-stage celebration with the cast?

'Celebration Time' on the Showboat is usually after the prelude to the show when our singer invites all guests celebrating on board to join her on stage for a celebratory song and a complimentary glass of sparkling or a mocktail. *Please note, the timing of 'Celebration Time' may vary during special event cruises, or due to operational requirements.

Can I bring my own birthday cake?

While we provide a small birthday cake as part of the package, you are welcome to bring your own cake. If you intend on bringing a birthday cake, please advise our reservations team in advance & let the cruise director know on board so we can assist with storing it.

Is parking available at the departure point?

Secure Parking offers two great parking stations close to King Street Wharf. King Street Wharf Parking on Shelley Street is the closest parking available. Parking rates can be found on the Secure Parking website. Another nearby parking station is 321 Kent Street with an approximate 5 minute walk to King Street Wharf. We celebrated my husbands 60 th with friends. We are so happy and pleased we chose your cruise. My husband was so happy with the experience. We all loved it. Food was delicious!Show was great ! My daughter and I were holidaying from Adelaide for my birthday weekend and thought this was perfect way of celebrating and making a lovely evening of it. We weren’t disappointed. The staff, the entertainers, the food, the experience and the show was beautiful. We had a great seat upstairs mid centre so we could see perfectly but still have a quiet space. Stepping out on the deck and seeing the Sydney harbour in the evening was beautiful. It was a perfect magical experience.
