(The captain has complete discretion to refuse boarding if you are deemed to be intoxicated).
The purpose of the beverage package is for you and your guests to enjoy beverages at your convenience. These packages are not designed to promote excessive consumption resulting in intoxication. All guests must use personal discretion not to become intoxicated. If a guest is deemed intoxicated by our crew they will be removed from the vessel and dropped off at the nearest wharf (at Captain’s discretion). If it is a group booking, and the group does not comply with the direction of the Cruise Director, the entire group will be required to leave the vessel. You will not receive any part payment, either for the cruise or the beverage package if you or the group are removed from the vessel due to intoxication. If you fail to comply with our directive, the Captain or Cruise Director will report the matter to the NSW Water Police. We would like to advise you that the NSW Water Police can access our vessels whilst they are underway, or at the nearest wharf, at their discretion.

Is there a dress code for the Showboat dinner cruise?

We recommend smart & stylish attire for our cruises, and encourage guests to dress up on their night out on the Showboat! No thongs, singlets or beachwear please.

Where does the Showboat depart from & return to?

The Sydney Showboat departs from and returns to Darling Harbour, King Street Wharf 5. Please see our location page for more information on how to reach us by public transport & the closest car parks.

Can I celebrate my special occasions onboard?

Absolutely! We love celebrating your special occasions with you. We invite you to join us for a complimentary glass of sparkling or a mocktail, as our singer invites all those celebrating on board to join her on stage for a celebratory song. Are BYO drinks and food allowed on board?

External food & beverage is not permitted on board cruises, unless stated in the cruise inclusions. All Showboat dining cruise packages include a minimum of a 3-course menu, with a vegetarian option available on request during boarding. Alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages are available for purchase on board.
